The Lab

Where ideas become tools.

Interfaces, dashboards, automations and prototypes: The Lab explores digital solutions built to answer concrete needs.

The Lab is the space where I test, prototype and validate ideas before turning them into projects. There are fewer pretty pictures here than mechanics: interfaces that save time, forms that qualify better, automations that avoid re-entry.

Reading the stages
  • Framing — Validated: the need and the scope are set.
  • Prototype — In progress: a first version is being built and tested.
  • Deployment — Upcoming: the rollout still needs to be planned.

No usage statistics are shown here: only the actual progress stages are.

01 · Explorations

Projects in motion.

01Prototype — In progress

Business dashboard

Bring together on a single screen the information a leader checks every day, without opening five different tools.

02 · Fields of exploration

What I can explore with you.

Every avenue starts from a real use, never from a wish for technology. If an existing tool already does the job, I'll tell you.

01

Internal interfaces

Screens designed for those who work with them every day: sober, fast, without unnecessary friction.

02

Advanced forms

Qualification, display conditions, clear validation and understandable messages.

03

Automations

Linking manual steps to eliminate re-entry and oversights.

04

Prototypes & MVPs

A first useful version, quickly testable, before investing further.

03 · How I move forward

Validate fast, build right.

  1. 01

    Understand the use

Who will use it, at what moment, and what concrete problem disappears once the tool is in place.

  2. 02

    Prototype the essentials

A version reduced to what's necessary, quickly testable, to verify that the idea holds.

  3. 03

    Deploy in stages

We then add what has proven its usefulness, without artificially inflating the project.
